While we work based on request, we are available via email and text at any time; we will respond as soon as we receive your message! Keep in mind, phone calls and responses to texts and emails will generally be made between the hours of 8am-8pm. Thank you for your Grace and understanding.

 While we hope to include teachers and educational staff in out network predominantly, there are fantastic babysitters who are not yet educational professionals. 

In these cases:

-Prospective sitters must show at least 2 years of relevant childcare experience on their application

-All applicants will be personally interviewed

-Reference checks of at least 3 listed childcare related references

-Applicants must have reliable transportation, a phone

Sitter availability, unfortunately, can never be guaranteed but with our wide selection of sitters on standby to assist your family, we do everything we can to find the best sitter to meet your family's needs. If a sitter cannot be found you will be fully refunded and not charged a fee for booking services.   

Due to the high need of sitters and their valuable time, holiday and/or last-minute requests (within 24 hours) are subject to an additional $2/hr and are non-refundable. Thank you for respecting the time commitment and professionalism of our sitters. We understand it can be inconvenient to pay for a service you do not utilize, however, we appreciate you recognizing the schedule commitment of a sitter before services are provided. 

We understand that plans change! Please respect the commitment and availability of our sitters by cancelling within 24 hours of your booking to avoid being charged for your service.  If you are a member, you can cancel up to 3 times per month without penalty.
